The website (www.wizr.in) or mobile application software WiZR is made available by Educred Technology Private Limited having their registered office at F-2, Cosmos Square, Chikhaldongari Rd, Evershine Global City, Dongarpada, Rustomjee Global City, Virar West, Virar, Maharashtra, India, 401303, who own, manage and operate this platform under brand name "WiZR" (hereinafter referred as "Company", 'We', "Us",,"Our","WiZR", “Platform”) and are committed to respecting the Visitor's online privacy and recognize need for appropriate protection and management of any "Personal Information" shared with us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our website, mobile services like SMS, WhatsApp, mobile app etc. ("Application/App"), then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. By using the Application, you indicate that you understand, agree and consent to this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy is subject to the 'Terms and Conditions' of the Application. Words and phrases not defined in this Policy shall mean the same as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the Application.

The types of Personal Information that we collect and hold

As a Visitor, you can browse our platforms to view the content on various exams, courses, skill development programs, details of schools, colleges, universities, service providers, organizations, courses, programs etc. and other information available on our Platforms.

However, if you wish to avail any of our services we will ask for your personal information, education interests, financial or income details. We may collect the following information on our platforms to allow you to use our products and/or avail the various services we offer

• Your name
• Contact information such as email address and phone number
• Demographic information such as current location and/or residential address
• Education details such as education Interest, current education level, year of passing and/or other preferences/interests (including but not limited to preferred location of study, choice of programs/courses, preference to take up coaching)
• Work Experience, nature and status of employment, job band, joining date at the current organisation, name of the current organisation, your job role and responsibility, department (e.g. legal, sales, HR etc.), career domain, skills and specializations that you are interested to pursue / upskill
• Details of Aadhar Card, PAN Card, monthly income, marital status
• We may (either ourselves or third parties) retrieve your information and records available with third party provider including credit score and liabilities information from credit bureaus or information from the KYC Registration Agency, Goods and Services Tax Network (“GSTN”) and National Informatics Centre (“NIC”) such as name, KYC details, KYC status, father's name, occupation, address details and related documents. You hereby authorise the Company to download and retrieve any information from governmental and other statutory bodies including but not limited to GSTN and NIC. As a part of our Video Know Your Customer (“Video KYC”) process, collection of your personal information has become mandatory to ensure the completion and authentication of your KYC. In this regard, permissions for microphone, camera will be mandatorily required.

Assessment tests/recommendations/counselling services

At the time of purchasing or using of any of our assessment test services or other tools or services, paid or free, on our platform, we may collect additional information such

• Your location and state
• Your socio-economic profile
• Information pertaining to racial or ethnic origin, religion etc,
• Your score, rank in various entrance exams.
• Date of birth
• Enrolment number pertaining to exam/institutions applied to
• Your engagement on various products, behaviour patterns, test results
• Behavioural patterns

We will be saving the data of psychometric test and the proficiency test, for recommendation and learning purposes.

Common Form

When you are applying to colleges / universities by using our Common Form on our platforms, we may collect the following additional information from you to enable them to process your application.

• Category / Stream for which form is filled, course interested in, preferred location of study
• Gender, Nationality, State, Address, Date of Birth
• Father's / guardian's name, occupation, mother's name
• Details of 10th class including marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
• Details of 12th class / under graduation including stream, marks scored, school name, school board, passing year
• Work experience (if applicable) including companies last worked / working, years of experience, job designation, occupation, domain, skills and specializations etc.

For purchase of products or services, we may ask for financial information such as bank account number, IFSC details, cancelled cheque or credit card or debit card or any other payment information for processing of payments.

We will only collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means. Personal Information may be collected directly from you or your authorised representative, or may be collected from a third party such as a licensee or representative authorised by us to provide services to you. We collect information about the services that you use and how you use them including but not limited to log information and location information.

The above information is collected to help us provide you with improved and personalized content and services, analyse trends, conduct research and to aid evolution of our product/service offerings to benefit the end user that is you.

We do not collect Personal and Sensitive information unless the information is reasonably necessary for conducting our business functions/activities.

Log files, IP Addresses and Information about your Computer and Mobile Device

Due to the communications standards on the internet, when you visit our Application we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going to when you leave our platforms.

Additionally, advertisers receive the URL of the page you were on when you click on an ad on the Application. WiZR also receives the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer and additional information including but not limited to your computer operating system, your mobile device and its operating system (if you are accessing our platforms using a mobile device),web/mobile browser you are using as well as the name of your ISP or your mobile network carrier.

When you use our Application, it may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device (“Mobile Device Information”), in addition to the Device Information, including without limitation –

• Your preferred language and country site
• IMEI Number
• SDK version and mobile network information (including carrier name, SIM Serial and SIM Slot.)
• Your profile information
• Wi-Fi information.
• The manufacturer and model of your mobile device (including storage, installed apps etc)
• The type of mobile internet browsers you are using
• Your geolocation
• Information about how you interact with the Application
• Transactional SMSs/WhatsApp
• Emails registered on device
• Phonebook/Contacts
• Other Non-Personal Information

The Geo Location data is collected from your device to reduce the risk associated with your account. We receive location data from you in two ways: (i) when you enter the pin code; and (ii) when you allow location services on your mobile device. When our App is running in the background of your mobile device, we acquire this info. If you disable location services, you will be unable to use the App.

We also collect certain other information from you on your visit to our Application such as information about your operating system, browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, list of third- party applications being used by you, your internet service provider and your IP Address (Non-personal Information). This information cannot be easily used to personally identify you. We use Non-personal Information for the purposes including but not limited to troubleshoot connection problems, administer the Application, analyse trends in the market, gather demographic information, to ascertain how our visitors use our Application, including information relating to the frequency of visits to our Website, average length of visits, pages viewed during a visit, ensuring compliance with the applicable law, co- operating with law enforcement activities, etc. This information is used to improve the Application content and performance. You also agree that WiZR may gather usage statistics and usage data from your use of our Application to evaluate your use of our products/services, to improve our products/services, Application content and to ensure that you are complying with the terms of the applicable agreements between you and the Company. The statistics and data collected may or may not be aggregated. These statistics contain no information that can distinctly identify you.

Camera – We require camera access to scan and capture the required KYC documents thereby allowing us to auto-fill relevant fields.

As a part of facilitation of the KYC journey, we require access to your camera to enable you to initiate your KYC process. This permission allows us or our authorised agents to perform your Video KYC while also taking screenshots of your original Officially Verified Documents that you present during your Video KYC journey. Video KYC enables you to complete your KYC digitally, smoothly and efficiently. Your video shall be recorded and retained for regulatory purpose along with the screenshots of original official verified documents.

Microphone – We require microphone permissions to enable a two-way communication between our authorized agent and you for the purpose of performing and completing your Video KYC. Your audio shall be recorded for regulatory purpose.

We may also be working closely with third parties (including, for example, credit information bureaus, business partners, technical sub-contractors, analytics providers, search information providers, title deeds, property verification service providers and valuers) and may lawfully receive information about you. Such data may be shared internally and combined with data collected on the Application.

Use of your personal information

By providing information for the purposes of creating your Visitor account you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions that allow us to process information about you.

We require this information to understand your needs and to provide you better service; in particular for all or some of the following reasons:

• To customise experience on the Application based on your profile and interests
• To recommend the 'best fit college/program' with the information provided by you
• To enhance your engagement levels with the test preparation platform and to enable us improve your learning outcomes
• To process your application(s) to our partner Colleges, Universities, OPMs, OPXs, OPEs, Service Providers, Contractors, Vendors etc. which require the information to assess your suitability for admission
• To share information with lending partners to enable them to analyse your loan eligibility and estimate your loan terms.
• Track the disbursement and repayment of the loan.
• Enable features that allow you to add and remove bank accounts for your loan repayment and disbursements from time to time.
• Enable features that help you check your loan history, credit scores (as provide on government databases), and other such App features as may be added from time to time.
• Process transactions and collect fees.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To process your loan application(s) with our trusted lending partners. To process your application(s) to our partner Organisations, Certification providers, Service Providers, Online Program Management entities (OPMs), coaching institutes etc. for the programs that you are interested to pursue.
• To send you updates information about the exams, schools / colleges / universities / service providers, courses, programs, events and other information that you may be interested in
• To tailor the communications that we send you about our products and services based on your profile
• To allow you to participate in surveys, reviews, promotional offers or interactive features of our products/services when you choose to do so
• To respond appropriately to any questions or comments that you submitted to use on our platforms or otherwise.
• For legal compliance and requirements as well as internal record keeping
• To enhance products, functionalities and services offered by us
• To reach out to you for providing information about services offered by us, partner companies or associates through e-mail, social media, SMS and other forms of communication
• For market research, project planning and development
• To enable us to diagnose and identify any technical advancements or troubleshoot issue.
• Provide you with offers, and information through our system-generated communication about the WiZR services based on your communications preferences.
• We also process your information for purchase of products or services, which includes payment information for processing of payments Identify, prevent, and report potentially prohibited, fraudulent, or illegal activities

We may periodically send promotional emails/SMS/WhatsApp about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail. We may use this information to customize the platform according to demographic interests.

Your personal data may be shared with educational institutions or OPMs or educational service providers or others organisations to communicate their marketing campaigns for their courses / programs which may be beneficial to you. If you wish to avail of financing options, your personal data shall also be shared with our lending partners.

You can at any time ask us to stop sending you marketing information or withdraw the permission to contact you by mailing us at support@wizr.in

Sharing of your information

We work with a range of educational institutions and other organisations that advertise courses on the Application. Your personal data will only be shared with educational institutions or other organisations (including educational service providers, coaching institutes, financial service providers etc.) you have chosen to engage with via our websites. For example, when you make an enquiry, show interest or a prospectus request to an institution, your details relating to that enquiry will be provided to the institution so that they may engage with you directly.

If you wish to avail of financing options, your personal data shall also be shared with our lending partners.

We may also share the information under the following circumstances

• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of terms of services of the Application, or as otherwise required by law.
• We are responding to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or to establish our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Further, we may share your personal information with selected educational institutions and other third party organisations based on your browsing behaviour or expression of interest regarding education interest, courses, specialisations, current and preferred locations etc. and educational institutions or such third party organisations etc. may contact you. Please note, that those educational institutions or third party organisations using your data are not governed by our privacy policy. For further information on how such educational institutions or such third party organisations etc. or advertisers use your information, please visit the applicable policy of that aforesaid entity.

We may also share your Personal Information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, lending partners (financial institutions), credit bureaus and our third-party partners/associates to analyse your loan eligibility, estimate your loan terms, enabling customer support, for research and development, to enable system generated and other communications for marketing and outreach including selling, promoting products and services offered by WiZR or its subsidiaries/affiliates.

We may also share your information with a third party if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our stock or assets. If this occurs, you will be notified of any change to this Privacy Policy.

The information you provide by filling “Common Form” is shared only with the institution(s) that you have expressly consented to apply to by paying the applicable application fee. This information enables these institution(s) to process your application and to contact you to initiate the next steps in the admissions process.

Furthermore, whenever you make payments on the Application, your payment card information is shared with a payment gateway / processor.

Data Retention

We shall retain the information you provide to facilitate your smooth and uninterrupted use of the App/Website, and (i) to provide, improve and personalize our Services; (ii) to contact you about your account and give customer service; (iii) to personalize our advertising and marketing communications; and (iv) to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities. We do not retain your personal data for longer than required for the purpose for which the information may be lawfully used. For any other information, we may entertain your request for deletion, however, you may not be able to use our Services at all after such deletion.

Cookies

Like most platforms, we use “Cookies” and web log files to track site usage and trends, to improve the quality of our service, to customize your experience on the Application, as well as to deliver WiZR and third-party advertising to Visitors both on and off the Application.

Session Data

We automatically log generic information about your device's connection to the Internet, which we call “session data”, that is anonymous and not linked to any personal information. Session data consists of information such as the IP address, operating system, type of browser software being used by you and the activities conducted by you on our Application. An IP address is a number that lets device attached to the Internet, such as our web servers, know where to send data back to the user, such as the pages of the site the user wishes to view. We collect session data because it helps us analyse things such as the items visitors are likely to click on most, the manner in which visitors click preferences on our Application, number of visitors surfing to various pages on the Website, time spent by the visitors on our Application and frequency of their visit. To support the services, as well as provide a more relevant and useful experience for our Visitors, we target and serve our own ads and third-party ads.

We target ads to Visitors based on general profile information or on non-personally identifiable information inferred from a Visitor's profile (e.g., school, gender, age, nationality, interests or other relevant information). If in the future we show advertising on the Application, the advertiser may use cookies to track the number of anonymous Visitors responding to the campaign. WiZR monitors and records comments and posts made on these channels to improve its products and services. Please note, you must not communicate with WiZR through such social media sites by divulging the following information:
  • Sensitive personal data including information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation
  • Other sensitive personal data such as criminal convictions and offences and national identification number
  • Excessive, inappropriate, offensive or insulting information directed towards individuals/entities

Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

Your Consent

By using our Application , you are expressly consenting to our collection, processing, storing, disclosing and handling of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us from time to time. Processing your information in any way, includes collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, sharing, transferring and disclosing information. In purview of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines, you hereby authorise us and our affiliates/partners or otherwise who are accessing your Information by virtue of their association with the company to communicate with you through telephone/mobile, Email, SMS, WhatsApp or other modes of communication even if Your number/numbers(s) is/are registered in the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC) or www.nccptrai.gov.in

Visitors authorise WiZR to exchange, share, part with all information related to the details and transaction history of the Visitor to WiZR/banks/financial institutions/credit bureaus/ agencies/participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold WiZR liable for use or disclosure of this information.

You are providing your express consent to receive information, including telemarketing, about products and services from us and you hereby agree and consent to our contacting you using the information you have provided to us. We may contact you by e-mail, phone, including automated dialling equipment, SMS, WhatsApp and other kinds of text message, social networks or any other means of communication.

Communications

When you send an email or other communication to the company, it may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services.

Security Measures

We take utmost care to secure your information from unauthorized access, usage or disclosure or alteration. We take appropriate steps and security measures to safeguard your information and make sure that your Information is secured as mandated by law. For this purpose, we adopt reasonable security practices and procedures, in line with the industry standards, to include, technical, operational, managerial and physical security controls in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, or disclosure while it is under our control.

• Right to withdraw consent from the app by uninstalling
• Right to update, correct the data if its inaccurate
• Right to erase your data by placing a request with us; however, the said right is subjected to the applicable laws in place
